Mainly Dry Conditions are Expected for the Weekend

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - High pressure remains in control as we start off Friday. It is drifting slowly to the southeast and southerly wind will be seen in its wake. These southerly winds will bring an increase in low-level moisture and an increase in clouds will take place through the day. A few scattered showers are possible late tonight into early Saturday. Another round of showers is possible later Saturday. The showers will light, brief and spotty with most locations receiving a quarter of an inch or less. Partial sunshine will return on Sunday. Temperatures will be warmer through the weekend and into next week with highs reaching the 70s.
