MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Slippery roads can be expected this morning after 2 to 3 inches of accumulation took place overnight. This snow was due to a low pressure system which passed by to the east of here. We will still see some cloudiness lingering today but high pressure will begin to build in and sunshine is expected to return for the weekend. High temperatures today will reach the middle 20s but we should be closer to average with highs in the middle 30s during the weekend.

Milder temperatures are on the way for the weekend and most of next week.
