Packers Nation is still trying to recover after a devastating hit on their star quarterback. It might take some time, just like it make time some time for Aaron Rodgers to get back on the field.

Packers Head Coach Mike McCarthy says Rodgers will need surgery, after he broke his collarbone yesterday against the Vikings.

There's no set timeline for his return, his road to recovery will likely include weeks of rest and strength buildup, to get that throwing arm back to a full range of motion.

A physical therapist with Aurora Baycare Sports Medicine, who did not treat Rodgers says the surgery means he could be looking at a recovery length of eight or so weeks.

In the meantime, McCarthy is putting his faith in Brett Hundley to fill the quarterback position.
