A New Glarus family has lost all of their belongings after their home caught fire Saturday morning, according to the village's fire department.

Green County Dispatch tells NBC15 News that crews responded to a house fire in the 500 block of Green Valley Road in New Glarus in Green County around 10:30 a.m. Multiple fire departments responded to help fight the fire.

Now, the fire department is calling community members to donate any spare clothing they have to the family.

The Wisconsin DNR is warning residents to be cautious when dealing with fire this weekend. The department is on high alert until early next week due to low humility levels and dry vegetation.
