DANE COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV) - The Dane County Sheriff’s Office released dash cam footage from the response during the Feb. 12, 2019 snow storm.

Crashes and slide offs kept deputies and tow operators busy on Tuesday, according to the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.

In one video, a deputy tags a vehicle. In another clip, a deputy helped push a vehicle up a hill. Madison Police told NBC15 hilly areas downtown were causing issues for drivers on Tuesday.

In another clip, deputies are shown digging a vehicle out after it slid off the road. The Madison Police Department said if anyone slides off the road, turn on hazards, stay in the vehicle and be patient because response time may be a bit longer as crews work through the hazardous winter weather.
