Design for a Difference: Local non-profits can apply for makeover

DIY and home makeover shows are all the rage right now.

We have one about to happen right here in our backyard.

The Design for a Difference project is where a local non-profit will get a complete transformation. It’s in its fifth year.

Centro Hispano received a makeover in 2017. Design for a Difference with its local sponsor FLOOR360 redesigned the East Madison Community Center in 2018, updating 18 spaces within the center.

The time to get those applications is quickly approaching.

April 3 at Spring it Design, Design for a Difference will announce which Madison-area non-profit facility will receive the fifth free makeover. The event is free and open to the public.
