The Flood Warning remains in effect until 3:45 this afternoon due to widespread road closures from rapid snow melt, rainfall and the frozen ground. The good news is dry weather conditions are expected through the weekend and through most of next week. High temperatures will gradually warm into the mid 40s by next week.
