Evansville man arrested for 4th OWI

ROCK COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV) -- A man was arrested for his fourth OWI offense in Rock County on Saturday night.

A vehicle was reported to have runoff in the 1400 block of West Golf Air Drive in Union Township at 9:52 p.m., according to the Rock County Sheriff's Office.

Upon arrival, law enforcement located Martin C. Hull, 58, of Evansville, attempting to remove a 2013 Toyota Avalon from the ditch.

Deputies observed signs of impairment and after administering standardized field sobriety tests, a deputy found probable cause to arrest Hull for operating while intoxicated, according to the department.

This is a felony 4th offense OWI for Hull. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Evansville Police Department during the investigation.

Hull was taken to the Rock County Jail, where he submitted to a blood draw. The results of the blood draw are unknown at this time.

Hull was booked into the Rock County Jail for the 4th offense OWI violation. Hull will attend Jail Court on Monday, May 20th, at 3 p.m. Hull was also cited for operating while revoked, according to the department.
