Four suspects charged in drug investigation

Four people are in custody after search warrants were executed in Rock County on Friday.
Two warrants were served as part of an ongoing investigation into the delivery of cocaine and marijuana into the area.
Rock County and Beloit authorities, including SWAT and Special Investigations Unit, assisted in serving warrants in the 500 block of W. Grand Ave. in the City of Beloit and 5000 block of S. County Highway D in Rock Township.
At the conclusion of the two searches, approximately 50 grams of cocaine, $2000 in cash, 111 grams of Marijuana, 1.1 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and two handguns were seized. In total, four individuals were taken into custody during these operations.
Alvaro Servin, 25, was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver THC, child neglect and maintaining a drug trafficking house.
Cynthia B. Servin, 25, was charged with maintaining a drug trafficking house and child neglect.
Sylvester M. Moutry, 22, was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver THC, felon in possession of a handgun, carrying a concealed weapon, maintaining a drug trafficking house, four counts of delivery of cocaine, four counts of delivery of THC and a probation violation.
Lyric M. Millard, 18, was charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine, two counts of delivery of THC, possession with intent to deliver THC, carrying a concealed weapon and maintaining a drug trafficking house.
All parties involved were transported to the Rock County Jail where they are currently being held until their initial appearance in court on Feb. 19 at 3:00 pm. This is still an active investigation and further charges are possible.
