MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A fourth Republican delegate to the national convention has dropped out.

At-large delegate and state party treasurer Mike Jones withdrew before the start of the convention in Cleveland on Monday. He was replaced by Crystal Berg, who had been listed as an alternate.

The others who withdrew were former Bradley Foundation chairman Michael Grebe, Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch and state Assembly candidate Julian Bradley.

Grebe dropped out due to his opposition to presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump. Kleefisch cited a scheduling conflict, Bradley said an emergency caused him to run out of vacation time and Jones had to withdraw due to personal reasons.

Thirty six of Wisconsin's 42 delegates are bound to Texas Sen. Ted Cruz due to his victory in the state's primary.
