DANE COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV)--- Staff at the Dane County Humane Society’s Wildlife Center said a fox that was admitted with mange is doing a lot better.

According to a post on the Dane County Humane Society’s Wildlife Center’s Facebook page, the fox was admitted on Dec. 29. His skin is starting to heal. The UW Veterinary Care’s Special Species Service was actually able to come in and evaluate his wounds.

Staff said he still has a long road to recovery, but they’re glad to share the positive update.
