MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -- 6:25 a.m.-

UPDATE: The Madison Police Department says both children have been located and are currently safely at their homes.

The Madison Police Department received a report of a missing child Wednesday morning.

Dominique Hale, age 11, needs to be on his medication or could become very ill, according to the Madison Police Department.

Hale lives on the 1600 block of Wright Street and is 4 feet 5 inches and 90 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark winter jacket and tennis shoes.

It is believed that Hale may be with 14-year-old Charles D. Flemon, who is also listed as missing. There is no reason to believe either is the victim of foul play.

If anyone sees Hale, or knows of his whereabouts, they are asked to contact 911. There is no evidence that Hale is the victim of foul play, but again, there is concern for his welfare because of a medical condition.
