Making Easter brunch classics

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) Flemings demonstrates an easy Easter brunch recipe. It includes steak and spring vegetable quiche featuring filet mignon, caramelized onions, asparagus, green peas and herbed goat cheese with tomato hollandaise.

Flemings Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will be offering a three-course menu for both children (starting at $16) and adults (starting at $30).

All adult meals include a choice of a starter, two sides to share (not on Children's Menu), and choice of dessert.

Dishes include Signature Eggs Benedict with Sliced Filet Mignon, Crab Cake or Surf & Turf, Brioche French Toast and Salmon Cobb Salad for adults and Colossal Shrimp Tempura, Mac & Cheese and Filet Mignon for children.

Brunch begins at 10 a.m. and guests can make reservations in advance either by phone or by visiting this website.

The quiche, a classic Easter brunch recipe can be a canvas for almost any flavor combination and can be as indulgent or easy as you wish.
