Inaugural Pride Month Celebration to take place at State Capitol

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -- LGBTQ members of the Wisconsin State Legislature are set to host an inaugural Pride Month Celebration at the Capitol.

The celebration will take place on Monday, June 17, at 1:30 p.m. on the King Street side of the State Capitol building, according to a press release.

Program speakers include Gov. Tony Evers, Rep. JoCasta Zamarripa, Rep. Mark Spreitzer, Elle Halo and Sergio Dominguez, Jr.

A reception will follow in the North Hearing Room.
