Janesville man arrested for 4th OWI

DANE COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV) -- A Janesville man was arrested for his fourth OWI in Dane County early Friday morning.

The Wisconsin State Patrol received a report of a vehicle driving erratically and unable to stay in a lane on I-39/90 going southbound at mile marker 161 at 2:18 a.m., according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

After stopping the vehicle, troopers suspected the driver to be impaired.

David A. Newlin, 56 of Janesville, refused sobriety tests and was arrested for his fourth OWI offense.
