Janesville woman arrested for OWI after car vs. pedestrian crash

JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) -- A Janesville woman was arrested for OWI causing injury after police say she hit a pedestrian Saturday morning.
Janesville police responded to the intersection of E. Court St. and S. Wisconsin St. just before 3 a.m. Officers found a 56-year-old man lying unresponsive in the road.
Police say the driver, 46-year-old Michelle Kremske, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested for injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle. She was held at the Rock County Jail pending initial court appearance.
The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
