Kenosha native, Betsy Ade made it through knock-out rounds on "The Voice," but it was a close call!

Ade's coach, John Legend, picked Lisa Ramey over Ade, but then Kelly Clarkson came in and swooped Ade up for her team! Clarkson used her last steal to get Ade on her team.

Ade is a singer/songwriter, and has been the lead singer for the cello-infused rock band the Well-Known Strangers.

According to Ade's Facebook bio, she is a proud member of the LGBTQ community. Ade is passionate about cancer research, after losing her mother to Hodgkin’s disease when she was just 9 years old.
