Local moving company to show love for seniors on Valentine’s Day

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A local moving company announced it would be teaming up with Sharing Active Independent Lives, also known as SAIL, for Valentine’s Day to help seniors move.

Two Men and A Truck will donate in-home moving services to 13 members of SAIL. The annual program was created after a SAIL member hurt themselves trying to move items within their home, according to a press release.

“Moving gets more dangerous when you get older,” Lisa Paley, general manager of Two Men and a Truck, said. “Two Men Without a Truck allows us to offer a service to keep them safe, and show them how valued they are in our community.”

Two Men and a Truck’s Madison location was founded in 1993 and has given back nearly $1.5 million in donations and services to charitable organizations in the community.
