MPD: Shots fired outside apartment building Monday night

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – On Monday night residents inside two apartment buildings on Turbot Drive awoke to guns shots hitting the building.

According to the Madison Police Department, four bullets hit one building and only one bullet hit the other. A witness saw a man run out between the buildings just after the shots were fired.

The suspect got into a dark SUV and drove off before police arrived.
