MPD: Gunman robs man inside car

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV)--- A robbery victim showed up at a Madison police station on Monday morning to report a crime that took place last week.

Joel DeSpain, a spokesperson with the Madison Police Department, said it happened in the 1500 block of Troy Drive on May 14.

The 48-year-old Madison man said he was inside his car when a gunman approached his window and held him up around 7 p.m. The criminal took off with the victim’s cash.
