A new study named Madison the most livable city of its size in the U.S.
The AARP Livability Index rates the overall livability of a town on a scale from 0 to 100 and is based on the average of seven categories: housing, neighborhood, transportation, environment, health, engagement and opportunity.
With a score of 66, Madison was ranked
with populations between 100,000 and 499,999 residents.
