Janesville man's dead body pulled from Racine Yacht Club

RACINE, Wis. (WMTV) -- The body of an 80-year-old man from Janesville was pulled from the water at the Racine Yacht Club Saturday morning.

The man was a slip holder at the club, according to a Facebook post by the Racine County Sheriff's Office. His body was extracted from the water shortly after 8:30 a.m.

No foul play is suspected at this time, the name of the man will be withheld due to an ongoing investigation and family notifications.

Racine Fire and Rescue, Racine Police and Racine County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
