MADISON, Wis (WMTV) - Madison Police said a man was arrested at the Festival Foods on E Washington after threatening an employee and urinating on the outside of the store Friday afternoon.

According to Chief Koval's blog, at 2:30 p.m. officers responded to the grocery store for a 49-year-old suspect who had been banned from the store.

When a loss prevention employee of the store attempted to escort the man out, he yelled obscenities and threatened her.

The suspect then urinated on an exterior wall of the store and continued to cause a disturbance. Chief Koval's blog detailed he was arrested for depositing human waste, disorderly conduct and outstanding warrants.

The investigation is on-going.
