WINDSOR, Wis. (WMTV) - As people across the world were celebrating their mothers on Sunday, a Windsor mom is questioning how to protect her children after a man exposed himself to her daughters in their own backyard.
The incident happened around 5 p.m. on Sunday, according to the Dane County Sheriff's Office spokesperson. Monica Titley says her two daughters and niece, ages 6-10 reported seeing a man driving past them as they were playing in the yard. His GMC Terrain turned around and began driving back towards them until it stopped in front of their yard. A skinnier man jumped out of his car with no pants on and began dancing. He "pointed to his waist" then ran back in the car and drove off. He was only wearing a yellow/blue sweatshirt with a hood.
Luckily, the Titler's have security cameras.
"There you can see his leg coming out that is completely exposed," Titley said.
She is questioning why someone would do this to a bunch of little girls playing in their own backyard.
"He clearly targeted them," the mother of two said.
Titley is sharing the image asking for help in finding the man. She says, "He needs help and punishment for what he is doing, it's sick and disturbing."
