Body found of missing swimmer in Adams County

ROME, Wis (WMTV)--- The body of a missing swimmer in Rome was found Sunday afternoon.

Crews with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources found 25-year-old Paul Anderson, of Kewaskum, in Lake Camelot using underwater remote sonar and camera equipment.

Witnesses said early Saturday morning Anderson jumped off a dock into Lake Camelot with another man and attempted to swim out to a pontoon boat.

The cause of death remains under investigation by the Adams County Medical Examiner's Officer and the Rome Police Department.
