New Marquette Poll released: Race for governor’s office is a tie between Walker, Evers

A new Marquette Law School poll was released on Wednesday, August 22nd and it shows there is a tie between Democrat Tony Evers and Republican Governor Walker.
According to the new Marquette Law School Poll, Democrat Tony Evers and Republican Scott Walker each draw support of 46% of likely voters. 6% say they support Libertarian Phil Anderson for governor and 2% say they have no preference. Among all registered voters, Walker is supported by 46%, Evers by 44%, Anderson by 7%.
In the U.S. Senate race, the poll fines 49 percent of likely voters support Democrat Sen. Tammy Baldwin — while 47 percent support Republican Leah Vukmir.
