A local company helps fight hunger here at home by doing its part to help out NBC15 Share Your Holidays campaign.
Potter Lawson held their annual potluck and food donation drive over the lunch hour on Tuesday afternoon.
Employees formed a human food chain and loaded a truck full of food which then will go to the Second Harvest Foodbank. NBC15’s John Stofflet and Brian Doogs helped out at the event.
They raised 37,900 meals this year. It’s their 29th year that they have been doing this. Over the years, they have donated 950,000 meals to the Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin.
