Lots of questions are unanswered after

At around 10:26 a.m. Sept. 19 the call came in for a weapons violation at WTS Paradigm. Middleton Police Chief, Charles Foulke, said eight minutes later the officers made contact with the suspect. The first officer was on scene within three minutes of the initial call. By 10:31 a.m., six Middleton officers were there. Just three minutes later at 10:34 a.m. officers had engaged the shooter.

Here's a rough outline of the sequence of communication between officers and law enforcement officials as it was captured on Broadcastify:

"I got info that he's in the back of the building. I've got a person down between the building and the resident's end."

"I need more inside we're not hearing anything right now."

"10-33 made contact."

"Shots fired shots fired!"

"03 we need a shield in here ASAP."

"I'm sending all evacuees to the back of the Marriott Residence Inn -- the back of the hotel."

Officer 1: "Is it my understanding the suspect is in custody?"

Officer 2: "We believe the single suspect is down at this time. We're calling for an ambulance right now."
