SUV destroyed by fire on interstate

DANE COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV) -- Three people escaped an SUV unharmed after it caught fire on the interstate.
NBC15 obtained cellphone video of the SUV on fire.
DeForest Fire and EMS were called to I-39/90 at Wisconsin 19 at 5:46 PM Sunday for reports of a car engulfed in flames.
The fire was caused by a mechanical issue in the engine compartment.
Though all passengers escaped safely, the SUV was a total loss.
