Three arrested in narcotics raid in Lafayette County

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Three Platteville people are in custody after authorities searched their trailer on a narcotics warrant in Lafayette County Thursday morning.

Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office said deputies and the Stateline Area Narcotics Task Force searched the residence in the 30000 block of County Road XX in the Evergreen Village Mobile Home Park near Belmont at around 6:30 a.m.

Authorities arrested James Cubit, Christopher Vinson and Nicole Ruch, all of Plateville. Charges include the delivery of methamphetamines, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of a schedule II narcotic.

Two children were removed from the residence and have been placed with family.

The suspects are being held at Lafayette County Jail.
