Two men arrested after hit-and-run in Janesville

JANESVILLE, Wis. (WMTV) Janesville Police say two men were arrested early Wednesday morning after they drove away from a hit-and-run.

Police say the hit-and-run happened around 12:10 a.m. in the area of S. Crosby Ave and Johnson Str. The car's registration was also expired.

Officers found the car and followed it to the area of Richardson and Sherman where the car stopped.

The driver, Daniel Nyman got out of the car and was taken into custody while the passenger, Marshawn Giles, tried to run. Officers caught Giles, found a firearm in his front pocket, and arrested him.
