MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -- Governor Tony Evers has been at the center of political headlines in recent weeks, drawing both criticism and support as he unveils new pieces to his upcoming budget proposal.

On Wednesday afternoon, Governor Evers vetoed a Republican-backed middle class tax cut bill. The governor will likely have his own tax cut proposal included in his budget.

NBC15’s Leigh Mills sat down with two political analysts to review items expected to be included in the governor's budget, including a tax cut bill, and medical marijuana legislative reform.

Mike Browne, Deputy Director of One Wisconsin Now and Bill McCoshen, Managing Partner of Capitol Consultants stopped by NBC15 News at 5 for “Unspun.”
