‘Whose Line is it Anyway?’ stars bring their show to Madison

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -- Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood, two comedians on the improv show “Whose Line is it Anyway?” are bringing their talents and humor to Madison for the improv show “Scared Scriptless” at the Overture Center on Friday night.

"It's fun and it's goofy and it's not political. It's just a bunch of guys and gals being silly,” Sherwood said.

The show doesn’t have a script (hence the title) but instead involves audience members and their ideas to put on a unique improv experience.

"It's different every night so we have to be on our game. We can't walk through it like a Broadway musical that we've been doing for five years and we know the songs backwards and forwards. This is every single night, right in the frontal lobe you're trying to make stuff up,” Sherwood said.

“Scared Scriptless” is at the Overture Center on Friday, June 14. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $30. Click here for ticket information.
