A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 a.m. for Juneau, Adams, Richland and Grant counties as wind chills dip to -20 to -30. With a strong high pressure system in place, skies remain sunny today. Snow is on the way tomorrow with 2-4 inches possible. The higher totals will occur to the north, with lower totals around the state line region.
