Sajji Shrimp


2 pounds jumbo shrimp, cooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons White Jasmine Sajji Masala
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 4 inch cinnamon stick
1 8 oz fire roasted tomatoes
¼ cup fresh cilantro


Add shrimp to a bowl, add olive oil, Sajji masala, salt, ginger and garlic. Mix well and set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan. Add cinnamon stick. Add the shrimp and the marinade. Add fire roasted tomatoes. Leave everything to cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, the sauce will thicken. Remove from heat and serve with basmati rice, pasta or couscous.
