Baked Cranberry Museli


2 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil, butter or ghee
2 cups dry muesli
1 cup fresh cranberries


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Whisk together eggs, milk and melted coconut oil (or butter).
3. Stir in the muesli and the fresh cranberries.
4. Pour mixture into a greased 8x8-inch dish.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges just start to brown.
6. Serve drizzled with maple syrup and enjoy!
