Bruschetta Mushrooms (Veggie/Vegan)


2 Packs Rinsed Whole Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 lb Cherry Tomatoes sliced
3 T VomFass Basil E.V.O.O.
1 T VomFass Aceto Balsamico Maletti
1 T Minced Garlic
1 Package Goat Cheese(Veggie)
6 large Leaves Basil, Chiffonade (Vegan)


Step.1 Combine Tomatoes, Oil, Vinegar and Garlic in a bowl making sure oil and vinegar is evenly distributed within the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Step.2 Fill just to the top of Mushrooms with mixture.
For Vegetarian, top with cheese and garnish with Paprika

Step.3 Convection: Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
Conventional: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes

Step.4 Once removed from oven and ready to serve, garnish with fresh basil
