1 butternut squash (2 ½ pounds)
½ tsp Cinnamon
2 ½ pounds Granny Smith apples
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup Brown sugar
½ tsp Ginger
1 tbsp Flour
Directions1. Cut squash in half. Remove seeds and fibers with spoon. Cut squash into quarters. Peel squash with knife. Cut into 1-inch slices.
2. Core apples and cut into 1-inch pieces.
3. In bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves.
4. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Layer half of the squash, apple slices, spice mixture. Repeat.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
