5-6 cooked beer brats
1 pound bacon, cut in halves
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Directions1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut brats into thirds. Wrap each brat with bacon.
3. In a bowl mix brown sugar and Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
4. Roll each bacon-wrapped brat in brown sugar/Tony's mix.
5. Place seem side down on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
