Cilantro Flat Bread


1 flat bread
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup White Jasmine Cilantro Gouda


Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the flat bread on a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil. Place it in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Top the flat bread with spinach, mushrooms and cilantro gouda. Place it back in the oven for 6-7 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Cut the bread into strips to serve as finger food.
