Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette


Makes 7 servings (2 tablespoons each)

½ cup lime juice
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Honey, to taste
Chopped fresh fruit, optional


1. Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper and cilantro. Add honey till desired flavor is reached.

2. Toss with fresh chopped fruit before serving, if desired.
