Cream Cheese Phyllo Cups



1 8oz Package Cream Cheese (for easy use, set cheese out till room temp)
1 Lemon Zested
Juice of one Lemon
Pinch Salt
Honey/Agave Nectar to adjust sweetness

Topping Ideas:

VomFass Raspberry Balsamic Pearls
Macerated Berries and Whipped Cream
Fernandez Brandy(VomFass) Rehydrated Cranberries/Cherries


With a stand mixer, whisk or hand mixer, combine Cream Cheese, Zest, juice and salt. taste to see if mixture is to your liking. I tend to go sweeter so I like to add Agave Nectar, but if you are using sweet toppings you might want to leave the mixture tart, and vice versa.

If looking for a savory idea, cut out the zest and add fresh chopped Dill. Top with Smoked Salmon/Trout
