Desert Nachos


8 oz. Crave Brothers
Farmstead Classics®
Mascarpone cheese
3 Tbsp. honey
1/8th tsp. cinnamon
1/4th tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon zest


Step 1 Pre-heat oven to 400°. Mix all dip ingredients together in a small bowl and place in the fridge to chill until firm.

Step 2 Cut tortillas into 8 triangles each; place in large bowl and cover with butter and toss.

Top with sugar and cinnamon and toss until evenly coated.
Nacho Ingredients 8 6" flour tortillas 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon (mix & reserve 2 Tbsp. for garnish) 1 c. strawberries 1 c. blueberries 2 Tbsp. mint 4 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Step 3 Place batches of single-layered chips on large baking sheet and bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes at a time.

Step 4 After baked, arrange chips on a platter around the dip. Place fresh fruit and mint all over chips, garnishing by drizzling chocolate syrup across all and dusting with reserved cinnamon and sugar.
