Exotic Couscous


2 tablespoons olive oil
1 2 inch cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon whole cumin
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon White Jasmine Garam Masala
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 8 oz garbanzo beans
2 cups uncooked Couscous
2 cups warm water


Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add whole cumin. Add green onions. Add red pepper, garbanzo beans and cilantro. Add couscous, salt and Garam Masala, stir everything together. Add water. Cover the saucepan and turn off the heat. After about 15 minutes, fluff the couscous with a fork. Serve with an entree.
