Grilled Romaine Salad




Ingredients

3 heads of romaine lettuce, cut vertically
Olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
½ cup each, tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, diced
1 cup Odyssey Feta Cheese
Greek Lemon Vinaigrette (see recipe)

Directions

Preheat grill to high heat
Drizzle romaine with oil and sprinkle with creole seasoning
Place romaine cut side down directly onto grill, and sear until slightly charred and beginning to wilt, about 3-4 minutes
To assemble salad, lay grilled romaine cut side up on serving platter, top with veggies and Odyssey Feta Cheese
Drizzle with Lemon Greek Vinaigrette and serve
