Jalapeno Corn Dip


1 package frozen corn, thawed
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded jack or cheddar cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 jalapeno, seeds removed & diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the
parmesan cheese.
3. Spread mixture into an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with parmesan
4. Bake until bubbly and the cheese is melted, about 20-25 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven.
6. Serve hot with tortilla chips or pita chips.
