Lemon Greek Skewers


2 lbs chicken or pork, cut into 1”-2” cubes
½-¾ cup Lemon Greek Vinaigrette (see recipe)
4 ounces Odyssey Feta Cheese


Pour vinaigrette over meat, and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge to marinate 30 minutes up to 4 hours
Preheat grill on high heat
Thread meat onto skewers
Oil grill grates, then place skewers on grill and cook until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per side
Serve with Tzatziki sauce (see recipe), Odyssey Feta Cheese, and pita bread or naan
