Maple Pumpkin Hummus


15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
Dash coarse salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil


1. Place garbanzo beans, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a food processor and process until smooth.  Drizzle in olive oil until combined and hummus is creamy.  Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
2. Serve with slices apples.
