- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1 14.5 can tomatoes, diced
- ½ tsp. Oregano, dried
- ½ tsp. Basil, dried
- ¼ tsp. thyme, dried
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
Directions1.) In a saucepan, sauté onion and oil until translucent.
2.) Add tomatoes and spices. Bring to a boil.
3.) Cook about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Note: After sauce is done cooking, you may cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then puree all ingredients together in an immersion blender. Recipe serves two.
