12 ounces Odyssey Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Non-Fat)
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
Assorted fresh fruit or cookies
DirectionsUsing a mixer and bowl fitted with a whip attachment, add the cream. Begin whipping cream on low speed and slowly increase speed. Continue whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
In the same mixing bowl, add Odyssey Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Fold the greek yogurt into the whipped cream until incorporated. Next, carefully fold in the strawberries.
Here you have a couple options: layer with fresh berries in a bowl and chill until serving, or use the greek yogurt fluff and sandwich between cookies for an extra yummy treat!
